Our Subsidiary, XTB Services Ltd, (having its main activities in Affiliation & Partnerhips) is looking for a Legal Advisor to join our team and support the company’s legal and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across operations, marketing, and affiliate activities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal and compliance support to internal departments
- Reviewing and approving marketing communications and affiliate activities
- Monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Preparing corporate resolutions and minutes, and maintaining corporate registers
- Supporting KYC processes and document verification in relation to affiliates
- Assisting with updating company procedures and policies
Requirements
- Degree in Law (Postgraduate degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial industry
- Knowledge of Cypriot Corporate Governance and company administration
- Experience with affiliates and marketing compliance will be considered an advantage
- Fluent in English and Greek (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
