Duties and Responsibilities of Hospitality Officer:

  • Team Coordination
  • Task Assignment and Monitoring
  • Maintain Positive Relationships with tenants and team members
  • Assist Guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues during their stay
  • Ensure a Comfortable and Pleasant Stay for all guests
  • Follow Company Guidelines and Procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluent in English
