Promotion Executive (Russian Speaking )

Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Limassol / Paphos / Nicosia, a Russian Speaking Promotion Executive.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote properties to prospective clients through various channels
Coordinate property viewings and inspection appointments
Perform regular follow ups with previous leads
Provide timely and constructive feedback to managers
Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments
Maintain up to date knowledge of property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Key Competencies:
Highly driven and ambitious, with a proactive approach to personal and team success
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive and approachable personality
Excellent command of the Russian and English languages, both written and spoken
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems; prior experience with customer relationship management platforms is a distinct advantage

Requirements & Experience:
Based in Limassol / Paphos / Nicosia
While a formal degree is not a requirement for this position, it will be considered an advantage
Work permit for Cyprus
