IT Support Officer is currently available in Paphos.

The Leptos Group is seeking to recruit for Paphos an IT Support Officer.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to employees both onsite and remote
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software
Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
Support onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access setup)
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Assist senior IT staff with upgrades, rollouts, and implementations
Perform other related duties as assigned

Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent knowledge of Windows OS and familiarity with macOS
Experience with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, printers and common business applications
Understanding of networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues
Fluent in English and Greek languages
