Head of Bar Service

St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for a new associate for the position of Head of Bar Service to grow with us.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Bar Service to support the smooth operation of our Bars and ensure excellent guest experiences in line with hotel standards. The role focuses on service excellence, team supervision, quality control and contribution to bar profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily bar operations and ensure high service standards
Lead, motivate and train the bar team
Maintain hygiene, safety and quality standards
Support sales initiatives, promotions and special events
Assist with stock control, cost management and smooth workflow

Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality
Strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar service standards
Good command of Greek and English

Personal Characteristics:

Strong organisational and communication skills
Pleasant, professional and guest-oriented personality
High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to lead by example
Reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work
EU passport holder
