The Hilton Hotel in Nicosia is seeking to recruit a dynamic professional, in the following position:
Front Desk Receptionist
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Ensure an efficient reception experience is offered to the guest, including check in/out, cashiering, telephone tasks as per the brand standards.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and offer recommendations for local attractions and dining.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication promptly and professionally.
- Process guest payments, including cash and credit card transactions, accurately.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and issues in a timely and courteous manner.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma graduate or equivalent
Previous experience as a hotel receptionist is preferred. - Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of Greek or any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of guest service.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages. Knowledge of any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- EU nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
