Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to join our team at Cali Resort & Spa in Paphos Hotels as the Waiter/ Waitress in both Restaurant & Bar and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Take orders and serve them according to the standards of the hotel.
· Cooperate with all service Team.
· Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines.
· Make recommendations or share additional information to the guests upon request.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and oversees cleanliness, and HACCP procedure.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor in a 4* or 5* hotel.
· A Diploma in Hospitality Management will be considered as an advantage.
· Excellent command of the English language. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
· Exceptional guest service mindset.
· Pleasant personality with exceptional communication skills, team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Proficiency in using MS Office as well as point-of-sale (POS) systems.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
