Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for its new hotel Cali Resort and Spa in Paphos as the Chef De Partie and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the assigned section in the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of dishes.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen team members.
• Upholding strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices to ensure food safety and a clean work environment.
• Adhering to HACCP and food safety regulations to always ensure compliance.
• Collaborate closely with the chef to understand the menu requirements and ensure timely meat preparations.
Job Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a 4* or 5* hotel
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
· Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
· Knowledge of HACCP system and sanitation procedures.
· Very good command of Greek or English language.
· Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
