Louis Hotels, a chain of 26 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for one of its hotels in Breeze Hotel Paphos as the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily restaurant and bar operation.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Ensure efficient handling of reservations, seating, and guest inquiries.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Uphold health and safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Provide support in scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office and point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings as required.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
