As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our Finance team with a Credit Controller / Corporate Administrator.
This role bridges the Finance and Sales departments, supporting the full client journey – from initial onboarding and KYC clearance to ongoing verification throughout payments. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Reports to: CFO
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Initial KYC
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to support the onboarding of new clients.
- Collect, prepare, and maintain full KYC documentation and due diligence packages in accordance with internal policies and regulatory standards;
- Respond to KYC and due diligence requests from banks, financial institutions, legal firms, and corporate service providers.
- Manage communication with shareholders, directors, and internal teams as required.
- Payment Verification & Ongoing Compliance
- Monitor staged client payments and ensure each payment is supported by required verification and KYC checks.
- Maintain up-to-date due diligence records in both electronic and physical formats.
- Liaise with Finance, Sales and Legal teams to ensure each payment aligns with the agreed commercial terms and is cleared for processing.
- Flag any inconsistencies or compliance concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements for the position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Corporate Law, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Administrator or similar role with exposure to KYC, credit control, or corporate administration (ideally within real estate, legal, or financial services).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek, Russian would be a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements related to client onboarding and payment processes.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
