NOA Restaurant is looking for a passionate Bar Manager to join our team and oversee all Bar operations across the restaurant.
Key responsibilities include coaching, developing and disciplining team members during service, delegate assignments, oversee the quality of our beverages, and supervising the overall bar area flow.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a similar role
• Experience in setting up, running and organizing bars.
• Mixology Experience, very good knowledge of Cocktail and Drinks
• Ability to train and create a strong team of bartenders/baristas and Bar Waiters/Waitresses
• Friendly yet professional disposition
• Be presentable and outgoing with the need to achieve the excellence in all you do.
• Excellent Knowledge of English language.
• Greek and any other language will be considered an advantage
