Position Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you’ll be a central figure in maintaining the impeccable standards of our guest rooms and public areas. More than managing cleanliness, you will help shape the wellbeing experience we promise — ensuring each space feels fresh, cared for, and ready to welcome. You will lead the housekeeping team with precision and empathy, balancing efficiency with a human touch.

What You’ll Do

Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team in daily operations.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Assign and monitor daily tasks, ensuring timely completion and efficiency.
Handle guest requests, complaints, or special needs promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to address room readiness or repair needs.
Manage housekeeping supplies, track inventory, and ensure proper usage and storage.
Support team motivation, ensuring high morale and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards.
What We Value

Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Floor Supervisor or Senior Housekeeper, ideally in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering immaculate environments.
Ability to handle pressure and adapt quickly during peak periods.
Excellent communication skills and a guest-oriented approach.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
