Manpower Cyprus, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the property development sector specializing in residential and mixed-use projects, is seeking to recruit a Project Designer to join their expanding team in Larnaca.
As the company continues to grow and undertake new large-scale developments, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled professional to contribute to the design, documentation, and coordination of high-quality architectural projects across Cyprus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead concept development, master planning, and detailed design for residential and mixed-use developments.
Manage and coordinate the design process from concept through to construction documentation.
Ensure all designs comply with Cypriot planning, zoning, and building regulations.
Oversee the preparation and submission of licensing and permit documentation.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
Provide construction oversight and design support during the execution phase.
Engage with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and project progress.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Design and/or Engineering.
Registered or eligible for registration as an Architect in Cyprus.
Strong knowledge of Cypriot planning and building regulations.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design or property development.
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
