Business Media Social Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies that align with our brands goals and engage with the target audience – especially younger audiences
• Create compelling and engaging content that is published across various social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
• Plan and create posts, videos, and graphics, while actively monitoring the company’s ongoing presence on social media.
• Collaborate with other internal departments like Editorial, Commercial, Marketing, Graphic Design and Studio to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
• Identify social media trends, including new platforms and changes to existing ones.
• Report progress to senior marketing management.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Marketing / Digital Marketing or relevant field
• 2 years of social media experience
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language
• Understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc. will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of social media trends & best practices
  Experience with scheduling & analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
• Understanding of target audience & brand voice
• Experience with paid social media advertising
