Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategies that align with our brands goals and engage with the target audience – especially younger audiences
- Create compelling and engaging content that is published across various social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and create posts, videos, and graphics, while actively monitoring the company’s ongoing presence on social media.
- Collaborate with other internal departments like Editorial, Commercial, Marketing, Graphic Design and Studio to develop engaging content that resonates across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate content performance (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
- Identify social media trends, including new platforms and changes to existing ones.
- Report progress to senior marketing management.
Requirements:
- BSc/BA in Marketing / Digital Marketing or relevant field
- 2 years of social media experience
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
- Understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc. will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of social media trends & best practices
Experience with scheduling & analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) - Understanding of target audience & brand voice
- Experience with paid social media advertising
