Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at a Small Villas Hotel in Ayia-Thekla Area in Famagusta.

Requirements:

–       Very good knowledge of Greek and English

–       Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

–       Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position

–       Knowledge of Fidelio will be considered an advantage

 

Key Responsibilities:

–       Greet and welcome guests, show them their villa and hotel facilities

–       Respond to guests’ enquiries, arrange taxi or restaurant reservations

–       Handle daily administrative operations of the reception

–       Maintain supplies and order new stock

–       Provide support with invoicing and basic bookkeeping

–       Keeping records of reservations, guest information, and financial transactions

–       Handling guests’ correspondence, emails and phone calls.

–       Keep the reception area tidy, clean and stocked.
