Duties and Responsibilities of Hospitality Officer:
- Team Coordination
- Task Assignment and Monitoring
- Maintain Positive Relationships with tenants and team members
- Assist Guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues during their stay
- Ensure a Comfortable and Pleasant Stay for all guests
- Follow Company Guidelines and Procedures
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English
