Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support to the Management Team.
Communications with various stakeholders, colleagues, Board Members and other associates.
Acting as the point of contact between the Management Team and company stakeholders.
Printing and handling of correspondence and maintaining the relevant matter files.
Input of matter information and other info on CSE, CySEC and Registrar of Companies portals.
Answering phone calls, taking notes/messages and redirecting calls when appropriate.
Facilitating the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.
Welcoming of guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
Reading and writing correspondence in mail or email form, on behalf of the CEO.
Maintain effective electronic filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Organise and service meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Ordering items for stationery and other consumables.
Handling all calendar notifications for the Company.

Skills – Qualifications – Experience:

Willingness to take initiative.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive and outgoing personality, with a strong sense of duty, responsibility and reliability.
Ability to multitask, prioritise daily workload and be comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.
