Job Description:
As a Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing clients’ social media accounts, creating engaging content, analysing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. You will work closely with our creative and account management teams to ensure that our clients’ social media presence aligns with their overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee clients’ social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and more.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Create and curate high-quality, compelling content including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and tailor social media strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
