DUTIES

Responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant
Organize and supervise shifts
• Train his/her team with a consistent mission regarding restaurant’s goals to achieve desired results
• Ensuring guests’ satisfaction
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development
• Part of the restaurant’s management team

Good knowledge of Greek and English Language
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Good management and organizational skills
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in similar position, will be considered an advantage
College degree in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions
• Ability to work under pressure
