Call Center Representative is currently available in Limassol area.
SCOPE OF JOB
As a call center representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Solid organizational and interpersonal skills are key for this role.
MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES
• Answering incoming calls and addressing guests’ queries
• Managing reservations
• Providing accurate wait times and monitoring waiting lists
• Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy with service
• Liaising with internal and external teams
• Tend to special guest needs and requests

REQUIREMENTS
Level of Experience
• Experience working as a call center representative, Host/Hostess or Receptionist
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
Skills & Knowledge
• Fluent in Greek and English is a must
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Good understanding of Computers and relevant software (Reservation system, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Able to adapt with the reservation system (Previous experience would be consider as an advantage)
• Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in shifts, as needed
