Data Analyst, Casino Marketing (REQ13085) is currently available in Limassol area.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Data Analyst of the Casino Marketing Department which is responsible for Casino related Activations and Promotions. He/she is responsible for performing analysis, prepare reports and presentations for upper management and support operational units with related insights. Furthermore, he/she is involved in the maintenance, integrity, and the security of the membership database.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Key Roles & Responsibilities Operational
• Supports operational teams with tasks and requests
• Generates and maintains reports and database administration
• Designs and supports promotions, stage games and ad hoc games.
• Analyzes data from the database and performs segmentation analysis for Marketing Bus
• Monitors KPIs and delivers relevant reports
• Creates Proforma Analysis
• Develops campaigns, SMS and outbound sales lists
• Assists in Marketing plan and budget Systems
• Assists in Casino Management System configuration & maintenance
• Performs UAT in cooperation with BU’s of all new casino systems through the Casino Management System SOP
• Liaises with Business Processes and assists Marketing Compliance to maintain and prepare the Departmental Operational Manual and SOP of Casino Marketing
• Establishes the operational procedures for Database Administration Team to ensure the membership database is well maintained and accurate KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

• Proper system configuration Page 2 QUALIFICATIONS: Education
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science-Technology-Engineering-Mathematics) field, BI, Data Analysis, or any other relevant field
• Post-graduate degree will be considered an advantage Skills / Competencies
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel in Data Analysis, Graphs & Charts, and Pivot Tables. Experience with VBA and macros is preferred
• Knowledge of SQL. Additionally, knowledge of MS Access, Tableau, or other relevant software will be considered a plus
• Knowledge and experience in Data Analysis and/or Machine Learning in Python and/ or R will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge and understanding of casino games’ rules and relevant gaming regulations will be considered a plus
