Sales people

This is a full-time, in-office role.
HERA is hiring professional sales people joining an in-house team — with a contract, full benefits and a dedicated office. This is not a freelance gig and not a remote role.

A great fit if:
You have proven sales experience (real estate is a plus, not a must) — you know how to close deals.
You’re looking for a full-time, in-office role (Paphos, Dubai or our Israel office) — with colleagues, a team leader and a professional environment.
Native-level Hebrew + strong English (able to close deals with international clients).
You want to build a long-term career — not a side hustle or a temporary project.
Strong communication skills, presence, and a real hunger for financial success.
For the Cyprus/Dubai tracks — fully open to relocate.

Probably not a fit if:
You’re looking to work as a freelancer / external rep — we only work with an in-house team.
You’re looking for a fully remote role — the work is done from the office.
You have zero sales or client-facing experience.
You’re looking for a high base salary with no commission structure — our model is performance-based.
You can’t commit to a full-time schedule.
