Role Purpose:

Reporting to the Finance / HR Manager, the Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for the organization, from preparation to salary disbursement to employees, ensuring accurate reporting and full compliance with labor laws. This role is critical to maintaining efficient payroll operations and providing accurate and timely payroll information.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full payroll cycle, from preparation to payment into employees’ accounts.
Handle post-payroll processes, including reconciliations, interface with banks or external partners, and any required follow-up actions.
Prepare and distribute payroll-related reports and analyses.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, including deductions, taxes, overtime, particularly within the retail sector.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure proper payroll and personnel management.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing full payroll processes (end-to-end).
Strong knowledge of labor law, deductions, taxes, and overtime.
Ability to generate accurate and detailed payroll reports.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
