We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Officer to join our client’s finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements. This role involves close collaboration with suppliers, internal departments and external auditors to ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Review, record and reconcile bank transactions and accounts
Verify card payments and confirm deposits in company bank accounts
Monitor and record company expenses
Manage petty cash transactions
Process payments to partners and perform regular balance reconciliations
Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to collect accurate information and supporting documents
Handle import procedures, cost allocations, and purchase invoice processing
Issue, review and verify invoices
Provide support during the annual external audit process

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
LCCI Higher Level qualification
3–5 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) will be considered an advantage
Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
Excellent computer literacy (MS Office applications)
