The Role
We are looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Manager with a strong focus on Recruitment, Training, and Development to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic HR professional who is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing talent, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Development and Implementation of the Group’s People Learning & Development (L&D) strategy.
· The achievement of agreed Service Level Agreements – NPS target
· Development and implementation of the on-boarding process of new employees and ensuring the appropriate L&D experience/courses are undertaken
· Development & implementation of the Groups’ Performance Management and feedback process.
· GPTW achievement
· Staff turnover and succession management
· Staff & Training cost management
· Adhere to the local laws and legislations
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR role, with strong focus on recruitment and training
· Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
