Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Deliver an exceptional service experience to all guests

·        Have thorough knowledge of the menu and confidently provide information when requested

·        Present and explain the day’s specials to customers

·        Make food and beverage recommendations and suggest additional options

·        Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, exceeding expectations

·        Support the smooth operation of the restaurant through teamwork and collaboration
