Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Preventative Maintenance: Implementing schedules for cleaning, inspecting, and servicing machinery and building components to prevent breakdowns.
• Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, issues
• General Facility Upkeep: Performing tasks such as painting, drywall repair, lighting installation, plumbing repairs, and furniture assembly.
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring all equipment and structures meet safety codes, inspecting fire alarms, and adhering to company, local, and state regulations.
