Our client is seeking a HR Generalist who approaches Human Resources holistically—balancing operational excellence with people development. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being close to the business, understands employment frameworks, and can translate HR strategy into practical, day-to-day solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, policies are applied fairly and consistently, and employees feel supported in their development and progression. The role combines hands-on HR operations with coordination, guidance, and collaboration across HR functions and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted HR partner, supporting the organization across the full employee lifecycle.
Guide and coordinate a small HR team or junior colleagues, setting priorities, providing direction, and supporting their professional development.
Ensure effective planning and organization of HR activities, managing human and administrative resources efficiently.
Oversee labor law compliance, internal HR procedures, and employment practices, ensuring transparency, consistency, and fairness.
Support and coordinate HR disciplines including Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and employee relations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and vendors, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Ensure accurate and secure handling of employee data, in line with GDPR and internal policies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, supporting the strategic development of the HR function through practical implementation.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR (with a specialization in labor law is an advantage)
Minimum 4 years of prior experience with responsibility in the HR field, including Human Resources Management, Payroll administration, and Labor Law.
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek. Knowledge of German will be considered as an advtantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Hold a valid driving license, should travel be required.
