Energy Commercial Operations Officer – Ref. (6091/ECOO/ESS/CY)

You will manage client relationships, oversee customer contracts, and coordinate energy supplier processes while collaborating with internal teams and external authorities. Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct communication and relationships with clients, ensuring timely resolution of requests related to energy services.
Handle, process, and oversee customer contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
Support and monitor specialized customer facilities, ensuring smooth operations.
Coordinate and complete the process of energy supplier changes in line with market regulations.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Regulatory & Compliance, Finance, Operations, Sales, Management) to ensure compliance and seamless service delivery.
Liaise with external consultants, governmental and regulatory authorities (e.g., DSO, TSO, CERA), suppliers, and contractors to support market operations and regulatory obligations.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of all customer-related processes while contributing to the growth of the electricity portfolio and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Master’s degree in Energy, Sustainability, or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
Previous experience as a Mechanical Engineer or Research Assistant.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail, organizational, and administrative abilities.
