Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes, liaising with auditors and external advisors
Perform bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
Handle invoicing, payments, and expense tracking efficiently
Assist with VAT returns, Social Insurance submissions, and other statutory reports
Maintain structured and up-to-date financial records
Support senior accountants and management with reports, analyses, and ad-hoc projects
Record and process daily accounting transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate or Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, will be considered as an advantage
3–5 years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and month-end processes
Experience with accounting software (Sage will be considered an advantage)
High attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent command of MS Excel and overall computer literacy
Good command of English, both written and spoken, and Greek.
