Office Administrator – Limassol
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team in Limassol as an Office Administrator. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30
Lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining professional filing systems.
• Prepare and process a variety of documents, including letters, quotations, and authorisation letters.
• Handle telephone inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
• Assist the Accountant with daily tasks such as invoicing, receipts, and organising payments.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
• Perform other standard administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
