Customer Service Representative (GAP-CSRAKIS-26) is currently available in Limassol, Nicosia.
We are currently seeking to recruit professional and motivated individuals for the position of Customer Service Administrator, to be based in Nicosia and Limassol, Cyprus, for AKIS Express.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide professional customer service and support to clients.
Manage the delivery and collection of parcels and documents.
Handle customer issues and complaints in an effective and professional manner.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Provide information regarding services, pricing, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
Strong communication skills and pleasant personality.
Computer literacy.
