Role Overview

 

Are you a dedicated professional design engineer who thrives in Research & Development, developing and enhancing designs & production of industrial equipment? We are seeking for a dynamic Design Engineer who carries a mix of professional persistence, implementation and time efficient e skills to support, expand and categorize the mainstream of design & production. The ideal candidate will be designing and refining heavy-duty industrial machinery, including water blasting robots and ultra-high-pressure jetting systems.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

3D Modeling & Design: Create and develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings for new, existing and custom-made equipment and components.
Technical Documentation: Maintain and update machine user manuals, ensuring they include accurate 3D & exploded-view drawings, spare parts lists, and technical specifications.
Compliance & Certification: Upkeep technical files, including CE certificates and test documentation, to ensure all machinery meets international safety standards.
Prototyping & R&D: Collaborate with the production team to oversee the transition from 3D designs to physical prototypes, focusing on manufacturability and performance.
Bespoke Solutions: Work on “tailor-made” projects, such as containerized high-pressure units, designed for specific maritime or construction application

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: A University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field is essential.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of SolidWorks for 3D technical drawings is a core requirement. Familiarity with AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor is also highly valued.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication in English.
Experience: Previous experience in design engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred
