Delfi Partners is seeking to hire a highly organized Project Coordinator to support and coordinate interior design, asset onboarding & RE projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee all activities related to property set-ups, renovations, and onboarding of new assets.
  • Develop, update, and monitor project schedules to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Support interior styling and design implementation, ensuring each property reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Assist with creating mood boards, design proposals, basic plan reviews, and presentations for internal use.
  • Liaise daily with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, managing orders, deliveries, and procurement needs.
  • Organize logistics for furniture, equipment, and materials, ensuring smooth and timely execution on-site.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress, identify issues, and coordinate corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, contracts, reports, and cost-control records.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, health & safety requirements, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Design, Operations, Legal, Finance) to ensure seamless communication and project flow.
  • Support feasibility checks, cost comparisons, and value-engineering proposals where needed.
  • Ensure compliance with approved budget.
  • Perform any other assigned tasks as advised by the management.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, interior design support, construction/renovation projects, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to high-quality deliverables and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel to project sites across Cyprus.
