Customer Care Agent

We are looking for friendly, professional, and reliable Customer Care Agent to join our car rental team in Limassol branch. If you enjoy working with people and delivering excellent service, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Check-in / check-out procedures (training provided)
Preparation and inspection of company vehicles
Identification and reporting of fleet maintenance issues
Vehicle delivery and collection at hotels and agreed locations
Providing a high-quality service to customers
Demonstrating reliability, flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude
Working effectively as part of a team
Adapting to the operational needs of the business
Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (car rental is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Honest, well-presented, and customer-focused
