Πρώτος μισθός 1050€ ( 6.25 € X 168 hours) Full Time – αύξηση μισθού σε 2 μήνες απο την μέρα έναρξης εργασίας

ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ ΘΕΣΗΣ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΑΣ

Άνοιγμα/Κλείσιμο του καταστήματος

Έλεγχος του POS (ταμειακή μηχανή)

Καθαρισμός και οργάνωση του καταστήματος και της αποθήκης

Παροχή καλής εξυπηρέτησης στους πελάτες και βοήθεια στην αγορά προϊόντων

Διατήρηση του καταστήματος σε άριστη κατάσταση

Και γενικά εκτέλεση όλων των καθηκόντων που ενδέχεται να απαιτηθούν από τον εργοδότη και/ή τον υπεύθυνο καταστήματος.

Ο καθαρός μισθός ανά ώρα είναι 6.25 ( 7.14 μεικτά) και θα καταβάλλεται μία φορά τον μήνα μετά τον υπολογισμό των ωρών εργασίας. Ο μισθός καταβάλλεται πριν από τη 2η ημέρα του επόμενου μήνα.

Η εταιρεία ΔΕΝ καταβάλλει 13ο ή 14ο μισθό.

Η διάρκεια της καθημερινής εργασίας είναι 7,6 ώρες (38 ώρες εβδομαδιαίως) με πενθήμερο πρόγραμμα από Δευτέρα έως Κυριακή. Κάθε δεύτερη Κυριακή είναι ρεπό.

Σε περίπτωση που η εταιρεία χρειαστεί επιπλέον ώρες/ημέρες εργασίας, αυτό θα συμφωνείται και από τα ΔΥΟ μέρη. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση η εταιρεία θα πληρώνει τον εργαζόμενο για τις επιπλέον ώρες/ημέρες με αναλογία 1:1½.

Οι αργίες θα πληρώνονται με αναλογία 1:2 και είναι οι εξής: 01/01, 02/01, 06/01, Καθαρά Δευτέρα, 25/03, 01/04, Κυριακή και Δευτέρα του Πάσχα, 01/05, Ημέρα Κατακλυσμού, 15/08, 01/10, 28/10, 25/12, 26/12 κάθε έτους.

Σε περίπτωση αναρρωτικής άδειας μικρότερης των 3 ημερών, το ποσό θα αφαιρείται από τη μηνιαία μισθοδοσία. Σε περίπτωση αναρρωτικής άδειας άνω των 3 ημερών, ο εργαζόμενος θα πληρώνεται από το Γραφείο Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων.

Η διάρκεια της ετήσιας άδειας είναι 21 ημέρες. Ο μισθός κατά τη διάρκεια της ετήσιας άδειας θα καταβάλλεται από το Κεντρικό Ταμείο Αδειών.
