Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve the brand and visual identity across all properties, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and on-site materials.

• Design and produce creative assets — from logos, campaigns, brochures, templates, presentations and menus to social media visuals, and brand toolkits.

• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and visual storytelling initiatives.

• Oversee creative content for all social media channels, ensuring each property’s identity shines within the group’s brand framework.

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative materials and ensure all visuals align with brand and communication objectives.

• Supervise and guide in-house designers and external partners, maintaining excellence and consistency across all outputs.

• Monitor design trends and continuously introduce fresh, innovative ideas to elevate the brand experience.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design, art direction, or brand management, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sector.

Proven ability to manage multiple creative projects from concept to completion.

Advance proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects), with solid photography and video editing skills.

Strong storytelling and brand communication skills in English and Greek.

Advance proficiency in Microsoft Power Point Presentations.
