We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, assist staff with administrative tasks, and help maintain a professional work environment.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Welcome and assist office guests and visitors professionally.
Keep agendas updated and set reminders for meetings and important tasks.
Organize, maintain, and file company documents and records.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Support new employee onboarding, including assisting with setup of workplace tools and services.
Coordinate office cleaning and maintenance to ensure high workplace standards.

Experience and qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
Have an EU-valid driving license.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Professional, reliable, and proactive.
