F&A Grand Auditing and Consulting Ltd is growing, innovating, and expanding — and we are looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead our IT Department into its next stage of development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and highly capable IT professional with proven experience managing the IT function of a professional services firm or corporate organisation.

The Role
As Head of IT, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and developing the firm’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, software solutions, and technology strategy. You will play a key role in supporting our continued growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that our technology environment remains secure, reliable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the firm’s IT Department
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across the firm
• Implement and maintain effective IT policies, procedures, and controls
• Support digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, licences, and technology contracts
• Provide strategic IT guidance to management
• Ensure data security, business continuity, and system reliability

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and solutions-driven professional who has previously held a senior IT role within a firm or organisation.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Previous experience as Head of IT, IT Manager, or a senior IT professional
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud systems, networks, and business software
• Experience supporting a professional, corporate, or financial services environment will be considered an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organisation
• A forward-thinking mindset and strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement
