Mid-Level Full Stack JavaScript Developer (m/f/d)

Are you ready to take ownership of end-to-end software development across both new and existing products?

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack JavaScript Developer who can drive the development, testing, and delivery of high-quality features across our software ecosystem. You will help us bring new ideas to life, enhance existing solutions, and ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Your responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deliver full-stack features using modern JavaScript technologies

Build both frontend and backend components (React/Angular + Node.js stack)

Analyze system requirements and prepare technical specifications

Write clean, maintainable, secure, and testable code

Refactor code to improve performance and scalability

Perform code reviews, debugging, and documentation

Understand CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps) and be open to learning new DevOps practices

Share knowledge with colleagues and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Stay curious about industry trends and explore new tools, frameworks, or processes together with the team

Which qualifications are needed?
Hard Skills (Must-have):

University degree in Computer Science or related field

2-5 years of hands-on JavaScript development

Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, etc.)

Experience working in Azure environments

Solid understanding of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) and key-value stores (Redis)

Proficiency with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
Nice-to-have / Learning opportunities:
