AI Operations Specialist

Job Overview
We are looking for a forward-thinking AI Operations Specialist to serve as the architect of our internal and client-facing AI ecosystems.

In this role, you won’t just follow trends; you will engineer the custom AI agents and automated workflows that define the next era of Webarts.

Key Responsibilities
AI Ecosystem Architecture: Audit, select, and govern the agency’s full AI stack (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and specialized LLMs).
Intelligent Automation: Design and maintain sophisticated workflows using Make.com, Zapier to connect our CRM, Social Media, and Design tools, eliminating “busy work” across the agency.
Agent Development: Identify opportunities to build and deploy custom AI Agents tailored to specific client tasks, from automated reporting to personalized content engines.
Innovation Lab: Serve as our lead “Beta Tester.” Continuously scout and experiment with emerging tools in predictive analytics, generative video, and search-generative experience (SGE).
Strategic Insights: Leverage AI-driven data tools to uncover deep-funnel insights, empowering our Account Managers to deliver hyper-strategic, data-backed recommendations.
Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring all outputs meet Webarts’ “Human-Centric” quality standards and data privacy requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
AI Native: Expert-level hands-on experience with LLMs (Prompt Engineering), Generative AI (Images/Video), and Vector Databases.
The “Connector” Mindset: A strong grasp of APIs and how to orchestrate data flow between disparate software platforms.
Operational Proactivity: You don’t just spot bottlenecks; you build the automated bridge to cross them before they impact the team.
Agile Intelligence: An obsession with the weekly evolution of the AI landscape and the ability to pivot strategies overnight.
Bilingual Communication: The ability to translate complex technical “AI-speak” into clear, strategic value for clients and colleagues in both Greek and English.
