Job Description

Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Golf Groups / Sales Assistant to support the golf sales team in managing group bookings and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sales proposals and client correspondence.

• Support coordination of golf group bookings and contracts.

• Maintain accurate client databases and sales reports.

• Liaise with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Participate in marketing and promotional initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in sales, hospitality, or administration preferred.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

• Fluency in English; Greek or Russian is advantageous.
