Business Development Manager

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business or in biomedical field or other related field.
• Proven work experience (>7 years) as a business development manager, or a relevant role.
• Ability to manage complex projects and effective multi-task.
• Diagnostics market knowledge and work experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Candidate Profile:
The candidate should be creative, enthusiastic, and passionate. Candidates do not have to be citizens of the
Republic of Cyprus. A candidate with previous experience in a similar position, who also has proven qualifications
and the ability to take initiatives, will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a growth strategy for the Center, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Develop goals for business growth based on set KPIs and ensure they are met.
• Follow strategy and action plan for innovation Management and IPR for the Center.
• Follow Marketing and Exploitation strategy guidelines for the Center.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, research organizations and individuals
to find new opportunities.
• Contact potential clients and arrange meetings (e.g. hospital executives, doctors etc).
• Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

• Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
• Maintain income forecast and cash flow records.
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Assist in preparing reports and project deliverables based on quality objectives and standards.
• Develop effective presentations and update materials to communicate business development metrics.
• Ability to cooperate with international partners in a multi-cultural environment.
